Finite-amplitude acoustic pulses in a waveguide layer with longitudinal inhomogeneity

This paper considers the propagation of a weakly nonlinear acoustic pulse in a slightly curved waveguide layer which is strongly inhomogeneous in the transverse direction and weakly inhomogeneous in the longitudinal direction. The basic system of hydrodynamic equations reduces to a nonlinear wave equation, whose coefficients are determined using the equations of state of the medium. It is established that as the adiabatic exponent passes through the value γ = 3/2, the nature of the pulse propagation changes: for large values of γ, the medium is focusing, and for smaller values, it is defocusing. It is shown that the pulse propagation process is characterized by three scales: the high-frequency filling is modulated by the envelope, whose evolution, in turn, is determined by the moderate-rate evolution of the envelope phase and slow amplitude variation. A generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation with the coefficients dependent on the longitudinal coordinate is derived for the pulse envelope. An explicit soliton solution of this equation is constructed for some types of longitudinal inhomogeneity.     

基于Nutch的医疗搜索引擎的研究与开发

针对当前大众借助网络获取医疗信息的需求日益增强,以及通用搜索引擎获取专业领域信息时准确性差、效率低下的缺点,本文设计了基于nutch组件的医疗垂直搜索引擎。该系统实现了中文分词功能,通过文本训练得出了专业词库,运用空间向量模型算法对网页进行医疗主题相关度的计算,实现了网页过滤功能,并在排序算法中加入了主题相关因素。测试结果表明：该系统相对于通用搜索引擎,在获取医疗行业信息方面具有更高查准率,减少了不相关信息的干扰,使医疗信息的查找与定位更精确,能够为大众提供更具针对性的服务。     

基于经验包络法的非线性系统参数识别

基于平均法导出了Van der Pol-Duffing类振子响应时程瞬时特性与系统参数间的函数关系,在此基础上提出一种高效的非线性系统参数识别方法。借助经验包络法EE（Empirical Envelope Method）求解了响应时程瞬时特性,验证了EE相对传统Hilbert变换HT（Hilbert Transform）方法在求解瞬时频率上的优势。通过数值算例验证了本文方法的识别精度。分析了信号长度、初始条件、采样频率和噪声比例四种因素对识别精度的影响。结果表明,线性参数识别精度不受上述因素影响,非线性刚度项系数识别精度受各因素影响较为明显;本文方法具有良好的抗噪声性能,即使系统响应受到10%的噪声污染,本文方法也具有很好的识别精度。     

Optical Solitons and Stability Analysis in Ring-Cavity Fiber System with Carbon Nanotube as Saturable Absorber

This paper addresses the ring-cavity fiber laser system. A class of gray and black soliton solutions of the model are reported by adopting an appropriate envelope ansatz. Further more, the modulation instability (MI) of the equation is studied using the linear-stability analysis (LSA) technique and the MI gain spectrum is derived. Some physical interpretations and analysis of the results obtained are also presented.     

Envelope Solitons Perturbed by Stochastic Noise

We perform langevin dynamics simulation for envelope solitons in an FPU-β lattice, with the nearest- neighbor interaction and quartic anharmonicity. We get the motion equations of our discrete system by adding noise and damping to the set of deterministic motion equations. We define ＂half-time＂ as the time when the amplitude of the envelope soliton decreases by half due to damping. And then the mass, center and half-time of the perturbed envelope soliton are numerically simulated, beginning with the discrete envelope soliton at rest. Results show successfully how noise affects behavior of the envelope soliton.     

Envelope Periodic Solutions to Bose-Einstein Condensation in Linear Magnetic Field and Time-Dependent Laser Field

In this paper, by applying the extended 3acobi elliptic function expansion method, the envelope periodic solutions and corresponding dark soliton solution, bright soliton solution to Bose-Einstein condensation in linear magnetic field and time-dependent laser field are obtained.     

超短脉冲复宗量拉盖尔-高斯光束

从超短高斯脉冲光束出发。根据拉盖尔多项式的性质,用理论解析推导的方法。给出了一组新的超短脉冲光束的解析解,称为超短复宗量拉盖尔-高斯脉冲光束。此脉冲光束解的每个频率分量都是复宗量拉盖尔-高斯光束。时间脉冲的形状是任意的,具有相同的衍射距离参量,并且可以描述短于一个光学周期的超短脉冲。对这种超短脉冲光束及其在自由空间中的传输过程进行了较为细致的研究,分析了超短复宗量拉盖尔一高斯脉冲光束的轴上光强、光强的横向分布、衍射性质、脉冲极性反转、脉冲延迟等。讨论了引入缓变包络近似后出现的时空奇异性。     

基于“底物包膜”假说筛选新型HIV-1蛋白酶抑制剂

基于“底物包膜”假说, 以现有HIV-1蛋白酶抑制剂Darunavir为模板构建药效团模型并对中药化学数据库进行搜索; 采用分子对接方法进一步考察化合物与HIV-1蛋白酶结合情况及其与“底物包膜”符合程度, 优先选出两个化合物Annomonicin和去乙酰蟾蜍它灵; 应用分子动力学方法对这两个化合物进行动力学模拟, 观察它们与蛋白酶结合的复合物在动力学过程中的稳定性并计算其结合自由能, 综合评价筛选结果, 最终确定化合物Annomonicin具有更潜在的深入研究价值.     

Spectrum envelope analysis for interleaved sampled gratings with phase-shift

An analytical method is proposed for calculating reflection-spectrum envelope of interleaved sampled gratings with phase-shifts. Effects of parameters on reflection-spectrum envelope of the grating are discussed, such as two grating segment lengths, phase-shift and interleaved length. The unique optimal interleaved length can be obtained to provide the broadest flat-top reflection-spectrum envelope without ripples. Accuracy of the analytical expression is verified due to the calculated results in good agreement with the reflection spectra obtained by the piecewise uniform transform matrix method.     

On Nonlinearly Elastic Membranes under Compression

The classical equations of a nonlinearly elastic plane membrane made of Saint Venant-Kirchhoff material have been justified by Fox, Raoult and Simo (1993) and Pantz (2000). We show that, under compression, the associated minimization problem admits no solution. The proof is based on a result of non-existence of minimizers of non-convex functionals due to Dacorogna and Marcellini (1995). We generalize the application of their result from plane elasticity to three-dimensional plane membranes.
